Some important knitting magazines, books, and collections were released this week in the online knitting world. Some are teasers… not yet available but so nice to look at. Others are available now. Read on!
- The spring issue of Pom Pom Quarterly, an online knitting magazine, is coming in February. The pattern pages may be viewed on Ravelry now. See them here. It’s a well-rounded collection of sweater, hat, shawl, sock, and fingerless mitt patterns. I love the sleeve detail on Mer Stevens‘ short-sleeved sweater pattern, Lus. So cute! It’s a great spring/summer sweater. I also really like Maribeth White‘s Fika socks. So comfy looking.

Interweave Press is publishing Wanderlust, a knitting book due out in March, which includes 46 patterns celebrating Bohemian style. Six of the patterns are up on Ravelry: 5 scarves and 1 wrap. It can be pre-ordered at Amazon.
- Interpretations, Vol. 2 is a beautiful ebook collaboration between Veera Välimäki and Joji Locatelli of 12 flowing shawl, sweater, and hat patterns. I especially love the 3 beautiful shawls in this collection.
- And finally, the Brooklyn Tweed winter collection: BT Winter 15 is another beautiful collection of sweaters and accessories. The pattern pages can be viewed here on Ravelry. They are all beautiful and there are some bright colours to help us get through the final winter months!
Enjoy these gorgeous publications!
