This week has been all about collections. More and more designers are releasing patterns in sets or collections. Check it out:
- Thea Colman’s BabyCocktails Tiki Collection is a collection of six accessory patterns that are colourful and bold. I’ve been on a bit of a hat kick this winter and so I love all four of the hat patterns in this collection, especially Singapore Sling.
- Bristol Ivy’s At The Lighthouse Collection for Quince & Co. contains four gansey-inspired pieces: a cardigan, shawl, hat, and pullover.
- I love the sweaters in the Shibui Spring Collection. The shape and line of each piece is beautiful and the theme of the whole collection is light, airy, and gorgeous.
- And finally, although I don’t have any babies in the family to knit for, I think Triona Murphy’s Babe in the Woods Collection is adorable. The hats, mittens, scarf, and vest are just so cute and the photos are adorable too.
All of these knitting patterns are beautiful and the added bonus of purchasing a collection or set is that we get multiple patterns at a reduced price. Gotta love it!
