This top-down sock uses a lace pattern that is easy to remember and quick to knit, making this a perfect summer knitting project. And you might even consider wearing these light and airy socks in the summer months. Worked in a pretty summer colour, they are reminiscent of flowers in the garden.
Instructions are written for dpns. Pattern stitches are given in both written and charted instructions. Size is women’s medium. To make the sock larger or smaller, change needle size. The lace pattern stretches.

US size 1 (2.25 mm) dpns or size needed to obtain gauge.
18 sts and 25 rows= 2” (5 cm) in St st worked in the rnd.

Finished Size – Women’s Medium.
Foot circumference = approx. 8 inches; leg circumference = approx. 8 inches; foot length = 9.5 inches, or whatever length is desired. Will fit a women’s US shoe size 8-9. To change size, use larger or smaller needles. The lace pattern is very stretchy.
