My latest knitting pattern is the Duchess Shawl. This is an asymmetrical shawl that starts with one stitch and grows into a triangle shape. It has an allover lace pattern that gives texture and added interest.
This shawl is designed in one skein of Madelinetosh Pashmina, a luxurious merino/silk/cashmere blend. It is a sport-weight yarn. A fingering-weight yarn could also be used successfully. The colour shown here is Duchess.
