Here’s what I’ve been watching this week in the online knitting world:
- Last week, a new Quickie was up on the Malabrigo blog. This week, it’s a new Malabrigo Freelance Pattern Project, or MFPP. Check out Blue Waves by Muriela, a beach-inspired collection of sweaters and accessories.
- And speaking of blogs, there’s a great article on blocking knits over at the Knitty.com blog: Blocking: Why and How and Tools to Make it Easier and Better.
- Patterns from the new book – 60 Quick Luxury Knits – began showing up on Ravelry. Here’s the list of all patterns.
- And it was a busy week for several of the well known designers on Ravelry with new pattern releases, including: Deep End, a shawl by Heidi Kirrmaier; wee Envelope, a baby sweater by Ysolda Teague; Mitts and Tantrums , mittens by Vickie Howell; and Crescent Phases, a shawl by Veera Välimäki.
Have a great weekend!
