The Contentment Shawl is a pretty one-skein crescent-shaped shawl that is worked from the bottom up with a pretty lace border reminiscent of the lace pattern of the Contentment Cowl. The stockinette stitch body is shaped with short rows and finishes with a lovely eyelet edge at the top of the shawl. One skein of fingering/sock yarn is the perfect amount (at least 395 yards, or 362 metres, are required). This shawl is designed in one skein of Madelinetosh Tosh Sock and is shown here in Oak. All 395 yards of the skein were used.
